Class Mathematics (ClassCoach Pty Ltd)  ·  ABN 63 630 539 758  ·  Last updated: April 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Class Mathematics. By creating an account, accessing our platform, or purchasing a subscription or product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the user") and ClassCoach Pty Ltd trading as Class Mathematics ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Class Mathematics platform, including all websites, applications, content, and services offered under the Class Mathematics brand.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including students, parents, teachers, tutors, and any other individuals accessing our services. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of our agreement with you.

Accounts

Creating an account

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately at hello@classmathematics.com.au. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

One account per person

Each account and subscription is for use by a single named individual only. Accounts and subscriptions may not be shared between multiple people. If you require access for multiple users — such as a tutoring centre or school — please contact us directly to discuss an institutional or white-label arrangement. The specific operational rules that enforce this requirement are set out in Section 4 — Account Usage & Session Enforcement.

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account independently. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this requirement has not been met.

Section 04

Account Usage & Session Enforcement

To protect your account, preserve the integrity of our subscription model, and ensure fair access for all subscribers, we apply the following rules to every account on the platform.

Single active session

Each account is permitted only one active session at any time. When you log in on a new device or browser, any existing session associated with your account will be automatically ended. The previous device will be returned to the login screen and shown a notice that the account has been signed in elsewhere.

Monitoring and logging

By creating or using an account, you acknowledge and consent that we collect and retain session and device information for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, and enforcement of these Terms. This information includes IP address, device fingerprint, device cookie, browser and operating system details, and the timestamp and approximate location of each login. Full details of what is collected and how it is used are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Indicators of account sharing

Patterns in session data may indicate that an account is being used by more than one person in breach of these Terms. Such patterns include, but are not limited to:

  • Concurrent or rapidly alternating sessions from different devices
  • Logins from a high number of distinct devices over a short period
  • Logins from geographically distant locations within a time frame inconsistent with single-user travel
  • An unusually high rate of forced session terminations caused by repeated logins from different devices

Multi-user requirement

Tutoring centres, schools, after-hours academies, and any other organisation that requires platform access for more than one user must subscribe to a multi-seat or white-label plan. Use of a single-user account by, or on behalf of, an organisation — including by multiple staff members, contractors, or students of that organisation — is a breach of these Terms regardless of whether each individual user logs in separately. Multi-seat and white-label plans are available on request by contacting hello@classmathematics.com.au.

Our rights of enforcement

Where session data, support interactions, or other information indicates a breach of these Terms, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

  • End any or all active sessions on the account
  • Require you to reset your password
  • Contact you to request that you cease the prohibited activity or upgrade to an appropriate plan
  • Suspend access to the account pending investigation
  • Terminate the account and cancel the subscription, without refund of any unused portion
  • Refuse to provide future services to the account holder

In plain terms: Sharing your password with other people — including colleagues at a tutoring centre — is not permitted. If we detect that an account is being shared, we will contact you to offer a multi-user plan that suits your needs. If sharing continues, we may suspend or terminate the account without a refund.

Section 05

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans

Class Mathematics offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional content and features as described on our pricing page. The features available under each plan are subject to change — we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to paid plans.

Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). By providing your payment details and subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each billing cycle.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers, Stripe and Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. We reserve the right to suspend or downgrade access to your account if payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current and valid.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. If we change the price of a plan you are currently subscribed to, we will give you at least 30 days' written notice by email before the new pricing takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

Physical products: Books and printed materials purchased through our Shopify store are subject to the pricing and shipping terms displayed at checkout. These are separate transactions from digital subscriptions.

Section 06

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@classmathematics.com.au. When you cancel, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date and you will not be charged again.

No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel partway through a monthly or annual billing cycle, you retain access until the period ends but will not receive a refund for the remaining time.

No refunds on digital products

All purchases of digital content — including subscriptions and access to online questions and worked solutions — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and that you waive any right to a refund once access has been granted.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product or service is found to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from what was described.

No refunds on terminated accounts

Where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms — including breach of the account usage and single-session rules in Section 4 — no refund will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription.

Physical products

For printed books and physical products purchased through our Shopify store, please refer to the return and refund policy displayed at the time of purchase. Physical products may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exceptional circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances — for example, in the case of a significant technical failure that prevented you from accessing the service. Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in other situations.

Section 07

Licence to Use Content

What we grant you

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the maintenance of an active paid subscription where applicable, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Class Mathematics platform and its content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Scope of the licence

This licence permits you to:

  • Access and view questions, worked solutions, and related content through the platform
  • Print or download content for your own personal study or, where applicable, for use with your own students during an active subscription period
  • Use content to support learning and teaching within the scope of your subscription plan

Subscription period requirement

Your right to access and use our content exists only for the duration of your active subscription. Once your subscription has ended — whether through cancellation, non-payment, or expiry — you no longer have the right to access, use, distribute, or retain copies of any content obtained through the platform. Any previously printed or downloaded materials must not be used after your subscription has ended.

In plain terms: You can use the content while you are a paying subscriber. Once your subscription ends, so does your right to use that content — including any materials you may have printed or saved during your subscription period.

Section 08

Acceptable Use

Our platform is provided for legitimate educational purposes. By using Class Mathematics, you agree to use it only in ways that are lawful and consistent with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

Content restrictions

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing any content from the platform — including questions, worked solutions, worksheets, or printed materials — to any third party
  • Using content obtained from the platform after your subscription has expired or been cancelled
  • Reproducing or republishing our content on any other website, platform, application, or publication without our prior written consent
  • Representing our content as your own original work or removing any copyright notices or attributions
  • Compiling our content into competing products, resources, or databases

Account restrictions

  • Sharing your account credentials or providing access to your account to any other person
  • Using a single-user account to provide platform access to multiple individuals, whether members of a tutoring centre, school, or any other organisation
  • Creating multiple accounts for the same individual to circumvent subscription limits or gain unauthorised access
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with our session enforcement, device identification, or other security mechanisms
  • Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, copy, or extract content from the platform
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the platform
  • Accessing or attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use

General conduct

  • Using the platform in any way that violates applicable Australian law or regulation
  • Transmitting any content that is harmful, defamatory, misleading, or infringes the rights of others
  • Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or its servers

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these restrictions and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the Class Mathematics platform — including but not limited to questions, worked solutions, curriculum frameworks, text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of ClassCoach Pty Ltd or its content contributors, and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. The limited licence described in Section 7 is the full extent of the rights granted to you in relation to our content.

The Class Mathematics name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of ClassCoach Pty Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@classmathematics.com.au with details of your claim.

Section 10

Disclaimers

Educational content

The content provided on Class Mathematics is intended to support learning and is aligned to Australian state curricula at the time of publication. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors, omissions, or that it will always reflect the most current version of any particular syllabus. Curriculum requirements may change and users should verify content against current official syllabus documents where required.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome, improvement in grades, or exam results from use of our platform. Educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including the individual effort and circumstances of each student.

Platform availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to minimise disruptions and provide notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Third-party links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. The inclusion of a link does not constitute our endorsement of that site.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ClassCoach Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Class Mathematics platform or its content.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or any other economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law — which, in the case of services, may include re-supplying the services or refunding the cost of those services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 12

Termination

Termination by you

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@classmathematics.com.au. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before closing your account. Account closure does not automatically cancel a subscription, and you remain responsible for any charges that accrue before cancellation is processed.

Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

  • Breached any provision of these Terms, including the account usage and session rules in Section 4
  • Shared your account or used a single-user account on behalf of an organisation
  • Engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties
  • Provided false or misleading information when registering
  • Failed to pay any amounts due under a subscription
  • Used the platform in a manner that violates applicable law

Effect of termination

Upon termination of your account — for any reason — your licence to access and use our content immediately ceases. You must not retain or use any content obtained from the platform after termination. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription terminated for breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable Australian legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Section 14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For changes that are minor or administrative in nature, we may update the Terms without individual notice.

Your continued use of the platform after any updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and cancel any active subscription before the changes take effect.
