N2.1: Networks and N2.2: Shortest paths- In this section, you will start to learn network terminology that will include phrases such as vertices, edges, paths, the degree of a vertex, directed networks and weighted edges. This will include drawing network diagrams from a table of values ans solve these problems based on your network diagram.
When you look at shortest path, you will start to understand the minimum spanning tree of a given network with weighted edges. From here, you will then be able to solve real world problems, e.g. what is the fastest (minimum time) to drive from point A to point B, through selected towns.
